Registration starts at 06.30, Ride will set off at 08.00

Please arrive promptly to ensure we are able to set off on time. *We will now be crossing to Calais via Eurotunnel (instead of taking the ferry). Riders will receive a packed meal on board the coach during the journey. Restaurants will be open in our hotels in Calais if you'd like to purchase a hot meal after check in.

Finish Area - DAY 4 - Sunday 29 September

Riders are expected to arrive in Paris around 16:00 at Place Joffre, behind the Ecole Militaire. Family and friends can join our crew, who will be set up there to cheer in riders. Riders may arrive anytime between 15:30 and 16:30, so we recommend family and friends get to the finish area by 15:00.

Riders will receive their Ride medal and have the opportunity to take pictures before boarding coaches to our hotel at 17:00. Friends and family meeting riders at the Finish Area will need to make their own way to the hotel.

  • Paris Hotel - We will arrive around 17:30 for check-in at:
Paris Marriott Rive Gauche Hotel & Conference Centre
    17, boulevard Saint-Jacques, 70514 Paris, France
Contact the hotel directly if you wish to book additional rooms for family and friends
  • Celebratory Dinner - Our Celebratory Dinner will be in the hotel, with drinks starting at 19:00 followed by dinner at 20:00. Dinner will be a three course meal, with Salmon Entree. A vegetarian option is also available.

Additional tickets are available for £50 per person. Call Discover Adventure on
+44 (0) 1722 718444 and ask to speak with Mim or Charlie.

Additional tickets must be purchased in advance, and will not be sold on the night.

Return Eurostar to London - DAY 5 - Monday 30 September

Our Eurostar group booking departs Paris Gare du Nord at 16:13 and arrives at London St. Pancras International at 17:39. Please note: Departure times are subject to change by Eurostar. Your Eurostar return ticket will be given to you at check-in in Paris.

Riders are responsible to make their own way to Paris Gare du Nord, you can share a taxi with friends or take the Metro; both take approximately 30 minutes from the hotel to the station.

You will need your passport to check-in, and check-in closes 30 mins before the train departs. We advise arriving at least one hour in advance of your departure time.

  • Bike Collection - When you arrive at London St Pancras station your bike will be ready for collection at the station's car park, having been safely returned to the UK by Discover Adventure.

Support crew will be on hand to escort you to where the bikes are being securely stored. Bikes need to be collected upon disembarkment from the train. If you do not collect your bike it will be taken to Discover Adventure HQ, and will be couriered to your address at your expense.

If you would like to book the courier service for your bike in advance of the Ride, please complete this form

  • Not returning to the UK? - If you are travelling onwards from Paris, please let our Ride Team (ride@myeloma.org.uk) know so we can separate your bike and have it dropped off at the hotel in Paris for you to collect for your onward travel.
