Whether you’re an avid cyclist or a beginner, with the right preparation anyone can take on this challenge and make it to Paris.

You will be covering 500km in just four days which is not an easy feat. It’s not a race but you will need to train in advance.

Once you register, you will receive a Welcome Pack that includes detailed training plans and nutrition tips created by Mark Beaumont, World record-breaking cyclist and our Ride Ambassador.

In the months leading up to the ride you’ll receive more specific advice that will build your endurance and get you ride ready.

If you have any worries about your health, or your ability to take part in the ride, consult your doctor before registering.
